Act as the point of contact for admin requirements and queries appropriately Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; Maintains Time keeping, security and telecommunications system.

Job Description:

  • Handling administrative requirements and queries of various branches.
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support(photo croping and Scanning documents).
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers and maintaining database.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents.
  • represent organization in an ethical and professional manner
  • maintain a complete knowledge of organizational structure, personnel names and titles
  • file documents accurately.
